Yoga for children and teenagers

Learn one’s body and breath and install a correct posture thanks to a dynamic and funful practice.

The lessons start with a short period of time to settle down and enjoy our breathing and our being and take time to ask oneself « how do I feel ? ».

We warm up our bodies before practicing poses that stretch and reinforce it. Some poses call for stories (and India is full of stories waiting to be told!).

The lessons end with a short meditation and a mindful snack to wake up our senses.
