During the Summer holydays, may I suggest that you do a very simple, no-time-consuming but so enligthning practice.
– What do I have to do ?
– Just brush your teeth twice or three times a day.
– That’s it ?
– Yes, but do it mindfully.
– It means that while you brush your teeth, you try to feel all that happens in your mouth, the movements of your wrist, your feet on the floor, the posture of your back… And you will quickly realise that many things happen while you brush your teeth. Enough to keep your mind focused during your 3 minutes brushing.
