During the lessons, I invite you to enter into the pose that is right for you, the one in which you may breath freely, where you may push your physical limits to their top without ever trespassing them while respecting your body and the energy you have now.
With the breathing exercises, you learn to breath consciously and then to enlarge your breath. Pranayamas make you go further until you discover the joy of being one with your breath.
With simplicity, I offer you to find again your body and your breath so you may recover yourself.
During yoga classes, I do not practice. My full attention is directed to my students.
