Workshop adults and kids
The session.
Together with your kid, your grand-kid, your nephew, your niece…, experience the presence through poses, breathing, laughs, songs, relaxations and more.
With kids from 3 to 5, the workshops last 45mn and focus on games and exchanges.
With kids from 6 to 10, the workshops last 1 hour. We play, we sing but we also take the time to settle down, to listen to our emotions and to learn our breath.
